THE LAW

God's law (the ten commandments) was published, spoken, and written by those who take Israel out of Egypt, and it is Christ.

 

God's law is based on the qualities of God and there is a revelation of his character:

Obedience to the law is immutable, consonant to the will of God and his nature.

 

The law has been known for people to Sinai:

 

I. "Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel: let my people go" (Exodus 5.1).

II. "And how Laban went to shear the cattle his teraphim of his father" (Genesis 30.15).

III. "But Pharaoh said, who is the Lord?" (Exodus 5.2) "The land of Egypt Vienna, where you lived, did not behave" (Lev 11.4).

IV. "AND THE SEVENTH DAY HE RESTED FROM ALL HIS WORK. And blessed the SEVENTH DAY and hallowed it" (Genesis 2.3).

V. "Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother and shall cleave to his wife" (Gen 2.24). "When I come to thy servant, that he (the father) seeing that no lad, die" (Genesis 44.30-31).

VI. "What have you done? The voice of your brother's blood laments to Me from the ground" (Genesis 4.10).

VII. "And saw her Judas and tribute her a harlot, because she closed her face" (Genesis 38.15).

VIII. "Any of the goats is not speckled and spotted sheep and black, not stolen it from me" (Genesis 30.15).

IX. "To what you said, she is my sister?" (Genesis 12.19)

X. "And saw the wife that the tree was good for food, and that it is pleasing to the eye and desired" (Genesis 3.6).

SIN IS LAWLESSNESS, a violation of it (1 Jn 3.4).

"Sin is not taken into account where there is no law" (Rom 3.23). Therefore, wherever there is sin, there is a moral law, binding on all.

 

As sin is incriminated  to  ALL MEN After sin-falling, the LAW IS MANDATORY for all people to this day.

 

The law of God existed before the Exodus:

"Because Abraham obeyed my voice, and comply with, that I have been commanded to observe My commandments, statutes: My and MY LAWS" (Gen 26.5).

 

The law is the same for all Nations, because: "because we have already proven that both Jews and Greeks, are under sin, as it is written: "THERE is NONE RIGHTEOUS, NO..." (Rom 3.9-10).

 

You should observe all the commandments, WITHOUT EXCEPTION. "Who keep the whole law, and yet offend in one something, he is guilty of all" (Jac 2.1).

 

All must worship God in the sanctuary on the same Sabbath day: "And the sons of the foreigners who have joined the Lord, to serve him, and to love the name of the Lord, to be His servants, EVERY STORE SATURDAY FROM DESECRATION AND FIRMLY KEPT MY COVENANT" (Is 56.6).

"I will give them an EVERLASTING NAME, that is not that shall be destroyed" (v.5).

God's Law immutable.

"DON'T CHANGE MY TRUTH, WILL NEVER BREAK MY COVENANT, AND NOT MOVE - THAT CAME OUT OF MY MOUTH" ( Ps 88.34-35 ).

 

People do not have the right to review it.

"Do not add to what I command you, and please you; compliance - give the commandments of the Lord your God which I command" , said Moses in Deuteronomy.

 

Christ confirmed those words ( Matt 6.31-19, Luke 16.17 ).

The Apostle Paul said:

"So, we destroy the law through faith? DOES; but the law CLAIM"  ( Rom 3.31 ).

The Apostle Jacob:

"So speak and so do, as judged by freedom" ( Jac 2.12 ).

The Apostle John:

"For this is the love of God, that we observe his commandments" ( 1 Jn 4.2 ).

 

Who says: "I KNOW HIM" but DOES NOT FOLLOW HIS COMMANDMENTS, is a LIAR ( 1 Jn 1.9 ).

 

Compliance with the law is a sign of Holiness:

"Here is the patience of the Saints, fulfilling the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus" ( Rev 14.12 ).
