SATURDAY
IS ESTABLISHED AT CREATION
Saturday
is established by the creator (Ex 12.9-11).
Everything
created by Christ, and Saturday is installed.
IT
is INSTALLED when the CREATION (Gen 2.2-3).
REST
of the creator in the seventh day of rest during the day made her that Sunday
(as well as the day on which we are born is the day of our birth).
BLESSING
Saturday sets its veneration.
CONSECRATION
of its intended use for the Holy Saturday and KEEP the commandments of the
HOLY.
The
fact that the Lord rested on that day, HAD ALREADY made it Saturday. When the
work was completed, Saturday has become one, until her blessings. Therefore,
every seventh day Sabbath of God on the day of creation (Ex 20.8-11).
The
only reason Saturday's blessing and sanctification is that God rested on that
day, so he blessed her and consecrated when it was all over.
What
Saturday is set by God, not man, is it the title of (Saturday, My Sabbath, the
Son of man is Lord of the Sabbath) and bears his stamp and name.
The
Saturday justified the creation of and belongs to the original ELEMENTARY
TRUTHS that were the consequence of the creation.
It is the expression of
the will of God, and therefore MORAL and eternal establishment!
ONE
SATURDAY FOR ALL PEOPLE
Saturday
is required for human as creation.
Commandment
on Saturday is part of the law and was known to Sinai (Genesis 2.2-3).
She
said that ALL SIX DAYS OF WEEK IS THE
SAME , and the seventh - Saturday - is different from them, and on this day,
people lie and comes before the face of God to worship.
None of the text in the Bible may not be
contrary to the precepts of the Sabbath.
It
had to sanctify and Jews and Gentiles ( Isaiah 56.6 ). And now too.
Observance
of the Sabbath is a symbol of faithfulness to God:
"Also
gave them My Sabbaths, to be a SIGN between me and them, to know that I am the
Lord that SANCTIFY them" (Ezekiel 20.12).
THIS IS A SIGN FOREVER!
THE
TEACHINGS OF CHRIST ABOUT SATURDAY
Christ
taught that God's law is immutable.
Therefore,
the Sabbath commandment and unchangeable.
Christ
taught that "Saturday for man" (Mark 2.27), i.e. for all people.
He
kept the Sabbath in accordance with his upbringing. "And he came to
Nazareth, where he was brought up, and, as usual, into the synagogue on the
Sabbath day, and stood up to read" (Luke 4.16).
He
taught that you can do on Saturday works of charity or good for the sake of
helping others:
"Which
of you, having a sheep if it will fall into the pit on Saturday, he will take
it and lift it out? How many people is better than a sheep? So you can in
Saturday to do good" (Matt 12.11-12).
But
this does not mean that Saturday could be the ordinary working day, or we must
comply with the other day.
Dramatized
this destruction of Jerusalem and of the second flight of Christians (70 AD), Jesus
taught them to pray to escape no matter what happens on Saturday, knew that the
Christian era it would continue. So after the crucifixion and resurrection of
Christ to his disciples follow on Saturday and prayed about the day of the
flight of 40 years (Matt 24.20).
Christ
commanded to convey His teachings (including the Sabbath), to ALL PEOPLES (Matt
28,19-20).
Conclusion:
there are 3 commands on Saturday:
-
observe the commandment IV (not do hard work)
-
be in communion with God
- It is possible and
necessary to do good
SATURDAY
AFTER THE CROSS
The
day after the crucifixion of Christ in the New Testament, was named SATURDAY:
"After the Sabbath" (Mark 16.1), "on the first day of the
week" (Luke 24.1).
The
Holy wives "on Saturday, were left alone by the COMMANDMENT" (Luke
23.56).
The
first Christians (the Church in Antioch and not only) observe Saturday and on
this day were going to "listen to the word of God" (Acts 13.44).
From
the Cathedral in Jerusalem in 51 AD, learn that addressed Gentiles HAD REGULAR
MEETINGS on Saturdays. "The law of Moses from ancient lineages in all
cities is advocating it and is read in synagogues (houses of prayer) every
Saturday" (Acts 15.21).
The
Apostle Paul carried out the service in Philippi on Saturday: "on the day
of the Sabbath we went outside the city to the River, where, as usual, was a
HOUSE of PRAYER, and the North spoke to assembled there by women" (Acts
16.13).
Church
in Thessaloniki also met on Saturday, Came in Thessaloniki... and Paul... "three Sabbaths reasoned with them from the Scriptures"(Acts 17.1-2).
The
Church at Corinth is also observed Saturday: "after these things Paul left
Athens and went to Corinth. In all
Saturday spoke to them in a synagogue and conviction gave the Jews and Greeks" (Acts 18.1-4).
Because the word of God
calls the seventh day Sabbath after the crucifixion of Christ and the early
Christians observe Saturday, considering it binding, then it is OBLIGATORY also
for current Christians.
