In the actions of nature, God is no less admirable to us than in the Divine verses of Scripture.
For centuries, observations have been convincing only for those who are able to reason and want to know the truth. But to convince the stubborn man... there is not enough evidence of the stars, if they even came down to the ground and began to talk about themselves.
Nature mocks the decisions and commands of princes, emperors and monarchs, and at their request it would not change one ione of its laws.
The scriptures cannot lie or make mistakes in any way; his utterances are absolutely and inviolablely true... Everything it says is absolutely immutable. Both it and nature are created by the Divine Word: the Bible is at the suggestion of the Holy Spirit, and nature is the fulfillment of divine powers.
To demand that people give up their own judgments and obey the judgments of others, and appoint persons who are completely ignorant of science or art, judges over people scientists - these are innovations that can bring to ruin and destroy State. I couldn't give my restless d'or even if I wanted to.
I prefer to find one truth, at least in minor things, rather than argue for a long time about the greatest questions without achieving any truth.
