THE ANTICHRIST OF YESTERDAY AND TODAY

From here, you can see that the ANTICHRIST is the PAPACY UNDER the GUISE of a SERVANT of the truth. Not wanting to be catch and unmasked, the Antichrist inspires people that "it isn't".
