TWO BECOME ONE

What great truth was then approved?

"Therefore the man will leave his father and his mother, and cleave to his wife; And there shall be one flesh "(Genesis 2.24).

What words did Christ admit that marriage is God's ruling?

"So they are no longer two, but one flesh. So that God has combined, that man is not separated "(Matthew 19.6).

Note.  Thus, the marriage was established in Edeme before the fall of the people. Just like the Sabbath, it descends upon us like the Eden Dew, which still rests the divine blessing. The marriage was established not only to maintain the social order and to make the person happy, to protect him from accidental connections and from family to family to pass the truth, purity and holiness throughout the ages. The marriage was established in order to give the person a true holy joy. When this divine order is recognized and the person obeys the principles on which it is based, the marriage becomes a true blessing to him, but when a person neglects these principles, it turns into countless troubles.  Thus, if a person obeys the statutes of the creator, the marriage becomes a great blessing for him, if he rejects these statutes, then the marriage becomes a great curse for him.

What God's commandments support the purity of marital relations?

"Do not commit adultery" (Exodus 20.14).

"Do not covet thy neighbor's wife" (v. 17).

What is the marriage instruction in the New Testament?

"The marriage of all will be honest and the bed is immaculate; The Sodomite and the adulterers judge God "(Heb 13.4).

Note.  Many people are not serious about marriage and make it the object of ridicule. They do not think much about the fact that marriage is a divine ordinance and is established for a great purpose, they reflect little on its possibilities, that marriage can induce both good and evil. Therefore such people do not understand all responsibility and sacred duty of marriage relations. In scripture, marital relationships often symbolize the relationship between God and his people (see Romans 7.1-4, 2 Corinthians 11.2, Osiah  2.19-20, Revelation 19.7).
