Question: "Explain, if you know, all this" (Job 38.18).

Answer: "Who in all this will not know that the hand of the Lord did this?" In his hand ... Wisdom and strength; "His counsel and intelligence" (Job 12.9,10,13).

Note. The book of Job is one of the oldest together with Pentateuch and written by Moses.
