THE MIRACLE IN CANA OF GALILEE

Bible, John , chapter 2

1 And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:

2 And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.

3 And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.

4 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.

5 His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

6 And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece.

7 Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.

8 And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it.

9 When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,

10 And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.

11 This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

The wine that Christ made at the feast, and the wine he gave his disciples as a symbol of his blood, was pure grape juice. This is what the prophet Isaiah means when he talks about the juice in the grape brush. Says also: "Do not harm her, for therein is a blessing"  (Is 65:8).

It was Christ in the Old Testament who warned Israel: "wine - insulting, fermented - exuberant; and everyone, enthusiast them, is unwise "(Parables 20:1). Jesus himself never offered people such a drink. It is Satan who tempts us to indulge in the cloud of his mind and dull spiritual perception. But Christ teaches harnessing our lowland nature. His whole life was an example of self-denial. To defeat hunger and thirst. He has undergone the most severe ordeal that a man can endure. It was Christ who commanded John the Baptist not to drink neither wine nor sikery. It was He who commanded to wife of Manoj to abstain from heady drink, and he cursed those who gave wine to his neighbor. On the wedding feast Christ did not contradict his own teachings. The non-fermented wine, which he offered to guests at the wedding, was a useful refreshing drink that caused a healthy appetite.

My comment

At the moment of transformation and in the first hours after that it was really pure grape juice (which could later be fermented because of heat, as there were no refrigerators and preservatives).

Therefore, in order to make a statement that here the Spirit of Prophecy contains a mistake, there is no reason.
