    God created us all and in His love redeemed us through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ our Lord. Therefore, honor, praise and worship are due to Him.

    There are many worlds in the universe that serve the Lord, and this is their happiness, as well as for a sinful person who turned to God. But we in our world must know what it is - real praise and real worship.

    God does not force anyone to do this, a person has freedom of choice. There are different religions on earth, many believers. But what is their faith? Is it real, as it is written, in spirit and in truth? Many people pray, they say to God: “You are Great and Holy”, but God does not consider most of them His own, more than that, He closes his ears and does not listen to their prayers.

    This means that we must understand and tell other people what real worship is, acceptable to God.

    God is the Shepherd of the sheep, but only those of His sheep that really follow Him. They go - that means they do what He said to do. It is important to understand three things about our life in God :

- It should be based on the Word of God - the Old and New Testaments. Only such a person has a real God, and if someone has a fictional god (or cruel, or looking through his fingers endlessly at sins without any responsibility), then it's like idolatry.

- It's real life without a mask. You can deceive people, church members, but you cannot deceive God, because He knows everything, and our destiny, our future is the result of our deeds. A true believer does not keep the commandment in order to receive salvation. The reason is that it is unnatural and impossible for him to live a different life.

- She should not be blind, as some people in false churches do something, because everyone around them does it, such faith does not give salvation at all. For a true believer, his mind tells him what to do, therefore he will receive the seal of God only on his forehead (not on his hand, like some wicked people, the seal of the beast).

    He who follows the Shepherd, who is Jesus Christ, does what He Himself did and taught :

- Prayers and singing of psalms are only a small part of what must be observed.

- Just as constant prayer is needed, so is constant reading of the Word of God and, of course, participating in meetings and telling people about God.

- Faith and works - we receive salvation through faith, without payment for it, but there must be works (our part, not what God Himself does). It is impossible to be sure of a person who has no business, and he only talks about it a lot.

- Some people think: it doesn't matter what church you go to and what doctrine it has. But this is deception. False doctrines destroy relationship with God. As well as the so-called "traditions", additions to the Scriptures, which are among the Jews, and the Orthodox, and the Catholics, and the Muslims. But if one thing is written in the Holy Scriptures, then there, in the legends, it is completely different, everything is the other way around.

- A real believer has only one most important authority - this is God and His word. We must also obey the laws of the state, but only if the state does not force us to disregard God's commandment. This means that the Ten Commandments are the law of our lives, including the fourth one about the Sabbath, which is not changed or abolished.

- An important part of worship is tithe and donation, so that in the house of God there will always be money for the temple and for the salary for the servants of God. This commandment is found in both the Old and New Testaments.

- Do not forget about the laws of health.

- And the last - rituals. We Adventists have few of them, but we must carry out these rites as written (baptism with repentance in water and the Lord's Supper with unleavened bread and non-alcoholic grape juice, and before that - the washing of the feet).

    God has repeatedly proven that He is kind and full of mercy for the righteous and even for the unrighteous. And those of them who have real praise and real worship, He will bless many times and bring into His kingdom.

Вникай в себя и в учение; занимайся сим постоянно: ибо, так поступая, и себя спасёшь, и слушающих тебя (1 Тим 4.16).

К данному Павлом наставлению должны прислушаться в каждом доме. Оно должно стать воспитательной силой в каждой семье и в каждой школе…

Наивысшей целью нашей молодёжи не должно быть стремление к чему-то новому. Ничего подобного не было ни в мыслях, ни в работе Тимофея. Молодые люди должны помнить, что одно лишь знание в руках врага всего доброго может оказаться силой к их погибели. Он был весьма разумным существом, занимавшим высокое место среди ангелов, но в конечном итоге стал мятежником; и многие умы, имеющие превосходные интеллектуальные знания, ныне оказываются в плену его власти. Молодёжь должна повиноваться учению Священного Писания и вплетать его в свои ежедневные мысли и жизнь. Тогда они будут обладать качествами, классифицируемыми в небесных дворах как наивысшие. Они укроются в Боге, а их жизнь будет свидетельствовать во славу Ему.

«Вникай в себя и в учение». Первостепенное внимание следует уделить себе. Прежде всего отдайте себя Господу для освящения на Его служение. Благочестивый пример будет свидетельствовать об истине больше, чем наилучшее красноречие, не подкрепленное добропорядочной жизнью. Поправьте светильник души своей и заправьте его маслом Духа. Просите Христа о той благодати, о той ясности восприятия, которая поможет вам преуспеть в вашем труде. Научитесь у Него, что значит трудиться ради тех, за кого Он отдал Свою жизнь. Самый талантливый работник мало что сможет сделать, если в его душе нет Христа - упования и жизненной силы.

Благородная всесторонняя зрелость не возникает сама по себе. Это результат формирования характера в юные годы и исполнения Божьего Закона в семье.

Бог желает вдохновить молодёжь силой свыше, дабы все, стоящие под обагрённым кровью знаменем Иисуса Христа, могли трудиться, предостерегая, приводя души на пути безопасные и утверждая стопы многих на Духовном Камне.

Итак, всякого, кто исповедает Меня пред людьми, того исповедаю и Я пред Отцом Моим Небесным; а кто отречётся от Меня пред людьми, отрекусь от того и Я пред Отцом Моим Небесным (Матф 10.32-33).

Иисус предвидит, что в жизнь каждого могут прийти обстоятельства, когда надо будет выбрать: отречься от Христа или исповедать Его своим Господом. Исповедание - не просто слова, но выбор, в результате которого можно потерять уважение, работу и саму жизнь, но обрести вечность. А можно сохранить работу, жизнь, но потерять вечность.

Исповедание требует не только веры, но и мужества. Мало просто уверовать, надо исповедовать. «И из начальников многие уверовали в Него; но ради фарисеев не исповедовали, чтобы не быть отлучёнными от синагоги, ибо возлюбили больше славу человеческую, нежели славу Божию» (Иоанн 12.42).

Вера не знание, что что-то есть, не умиление сердца, но мужественный шаг стать во весь рост, выход один на один против большинства, подобно Давиду против Голиафа. Греческое слово мартюс (свидетель), используемое в Новом Завете в период гонений, стало означать мученика, страдающего за исповедание своей веры во Христа: «Я, Иоанн, брат ваш и соучастник в скорби, и в царствии, и в терпении Иисуса Христа, был на острове, называемом Патмос, за слово Божие и за свидетельство Иисуса Христа» (Откр 1.9).

Исповедание веры - не просто слова, это выбор между Христом и миром. Исповедовать веру - значит не просто выразить с ней согласие, но стать исповедником, а если потребуется, то и мучеником. Мир ради своего спасения нуждается в мужественных исповедниках. Если я иду ради своей веры против большинства, значит, это не просто слова, за этим стоит что-то важное. Если вы готовы пожертвовать комфортом - значит, у вас есть что-то гораздо более ценное, ибо сказано: «Всякого, кто исповедает Меня пред людьми, того исповедаю и Я пред Отцом Моим Небесным».

Today I invite you to reflect together on God the Creator, on the universe over which He reigns, on His power, wisdom, justice, and love.

There are many heads of state in the world, many countries and empires (in the present and in the past), but there is none, there has never been, and there will never be a Ruler like God. He created the universe, gave it laws, and holds it in His hands. His kingdom is the entire universe, the citizens of this kingdom are all people and all inhabitants of other worlds, His laws are the Ten Commandments.

The universe did not begin to exist by accident. Our world is not the result of a «big bang» or «evolution»; God created it, and it possesses great order and wisdom. The universe will endure forever, not as some so-called claim that 'there will be a similar random end of the universe in millions of years', this too is foolishness.

The physical laws of God the Creator are very wise and understandable. His laws are as just as He is great, and this is what the psalm verses from one to three speak of.

God will never allow violations of the laws of physics; He has only allowed the violation of moral laws because humans are not robots and have the freedom to choose.

But how many tragedies have occurred in world history! There is always the question: Why so many wars? How could God allow figures like Hitler, Stalin, Putin and other dictators to exist? Why has so much blood been shed?

Many ask about Hitler and the Holocaust - how could God allow that. It is precisely because of free will. But there are also limitations. As seen in the fourth verse, God sometimes restrains 'many waters', meaning the nations of the world, so that they do not cross certain 'red lines'.

And again about Hitler. They did something: they entered into a computer the entire history of the twentieth century to obtain a model of our world without Hitler. And what did they get? In the world, communism would not only have remained, but would have taken over the entire world by 2017, 100 years after the revolution. And in the communist world, religion would have been persecuted, and there would have been millions killed, albeit completely different ones. For instance, in this world, there would not have been a Jewish State of Israel. But in history, everything happened as it did, and history, as is known, does not tolerate the subjunctive mood.

No one can stop God's plans, as Job said, but people have both the freedom of choice and the responsibility for it. And let us not forget that God's main quality is love. He loves to bless and does not love to punish.

And finally, the last point. God has not left us blind in the darkness. In order for us to have knowledge of the universe and of Him, He has given us His Word - the Holy Scriptures. Every person can know everything they need for salvation. This Word can and should be believed.

In the future, a time will come when there will be no sin, no misfortunes, and all in the universe will serve God with joy. And this will be forever.

   Після гріхопадіння Бог не спілкувався з людьми особисто, як Він це робив в Едемі (Іс 59.2).

   Іноді Він передавав людям Свою волю через ангелів.

   Що стосується людей, Господь передає її через пророків. «Бо Господь нічого не робить, не відкривши Своєї таємниці рабам Своїм, пророкам» (Ам 3.7).

 

   Такі одкровення даються у баченні :

   «Якщо буває у вас пророк Господній, то Я відкриваюся йому у видінні, уві сні говорю з ним» (Чис 12.6).

   Одкровення від Бога дається через Духа Святого.

 

   Фізичний стан пророків у момент бачення :

1. Вони не дихають (затримка дихання), але можуть говорити і очі у них відкриті. «Я припав обличчям моїм до землі і онімів. Але ось хтось, на вигляд схожий на синів людських, торкнувся уст моїх, і я відкрив уста мої, почав говорити та сказав тому, що стояв перед мною: Пане мій! Від цього бачення начинки мої обернулися в мені і не стало в мені сили. І як може говорити раб такого мого пана з таким моїм паном? Бо в мені нема сили, і дихання замерзло в мені» (Дан 10.15-17).

2. Вони перебувають свідомістю на небесах і тому не усвідомлюють, що відбувається навколо і не бачать того, що навколо них: «Знаю людину у Христі, яка тому тому чотирнадцять років (чи в тілі - не знаю, чи поза тілом - не знаю: Бог знає) був вхоплений до третього неба» (2 Кор 12.2).

3. Окрім пророка, бачення не бачить ніхто. «І тільки один я, Даниїл, бачив це бачення, а бувші зі мною люди не бачили цього бачення, але сильний страх напав на них і вони втекли, щоб сховатися» (Дан 10.7).

У меня был всего час на сборы, поэтому я в спешке собрала свои вещи и побросала их в чемодан. В последнюю минуту директор решил, что я должна поехать на Библейскую конференцию в качестве наставника для девочек-подростков. Моему мужу пришлось взять на себя двойную ответственность: быть водителем автобуса и присматривать за мальчиками во время мероприятия.

Всё шло хорошо, пока мы не начали готовиться ко сну. Оказалось, что я забыла взять зубную щётку! Ближайший город и магазин были в нескольких километрах от нас, из транспорта у нас был только автобус, поэтому я никак не могла купить себе щётку. Мой муж проявил удивительную галантность и поделился своей, даже позволил мне использовать её первой!

С тех пор я держу зубную щётку и другие необходимые мелочи в маленькой дорожной сумочке, чтобы всегда быть готовой к поездкам. Хотя мне больше никогда не приходилось собираться в такой спешке, мне приятно осознавать, что всё уже готово заранее. Хотя мне не очень-то нравится собирать вещи, я должна признать, что распаковку чемоданов я люблю ещё меньше. Приятные волнения позади, нужно постирать вещи и разложить много мелочей по местам.

Вспоминая о забытой зубной щётке, я подумала, каково это - собираться в самую большую «поездку», когда наш Господь и Спаситель вернётся, чтобы взять нас к Себе, и не на несколько дней, а на всю вечность. Я часто слышала, что мы сможем взять с собой на небеса только характер. Поэтому «сборы» состоят из того, как мы проживаем каждый день нашей жизни. Мы можем подготовиться к этому удивительному путешествию, если воспользуемся водительством Святого Духа и примером Иисуса. Когда мы прибудем на место, нам не нужно будет распаковывать вещи, только устроиться в своём новом доме и радоваться великолепию и чудесам небес. «Но, как написано: „не видел того глаз, не слышало ухо, и не приходило то на сердце человеку, что приготовил Бог любящим Его“» (1 Кор 2.9). С превосходящими всё любовью и галантностью Иисус позаботился о том, чтобы мы жили с Ним вечно.

Истинная сущность нашей религии не в занимаемом нами положении, а в проявляемых нами кротком духе, доброте, мире. Наша религия даёт о себе знать в семейном кругу, в той атмосфере, которая окружает душу и приносит счастье семье… Истинные христиане не станут… говорить раздражительно, не в духе. В родном домашнем кругу они будут совершать служение любви и христианской учтивости. Такое служение может казаться очень банальным, но небесная вселенная будет проявлять интерес к последовательной жизни тех, кто старается приносить пользу другим… Взращивать в себе кротость, иметь мир Христа в сердце и сеять, как миротворцы и последователи Христа, драгоценное семя, приносящее урожай в жизнь вечную, - не только наша привилегия, но и долг. Зло и несправедливость, существующие в мирском обществе, никогда, никогда не должны находить поддержку в среде христиан… Бог требует, чтобы вы были открыты для нуждающихся и проявляли самое нежное сострадание к бедствующим и страдающим от нищеты… Если в вас пребывает дух Христов, вы будете любить людей как своих братьев; вы окажете честь скромному ученику в его бедном доме, потому что Бог любит его не меньше, чем вас, а может быть, и больше. Он не признаёт никаких каст. Он отмечает людей Своей печатью не из-за их положения, богатства или интеллектуального величия, но из-за тождества со Христом. Истинная ценность человека - в чистоте его сердца, в его целеустремлённости… Всякий, кто живёт в повседневном общении со Христом, будет применять к людям Его оценку. Он будет уважать в людях доброе и чистое, хотя они бедны в мирском понимании… Алчность, своекорыстие и скупость - это идолопоклонство, бесчестящее Бога… Нежность, сострадание и благотворительность предписаны христианам. Спаситель не находился среди тех, кто занимал высокое и почётное положение в мире. Он не проводил время с теми, кто стремился к праздности и удовольствиям. Он ходил, делая добро. От нас требуется, чтобы мы поступали так же.

It is not difficult to understand when David wrote this psalm. At that time, of course, he was being persecuted. David, who had already been anointed as king of Israel, who was loved and respected by the people for his glorious victory over Goliath, who was the closest relative of King Saul (his son-in-law), was now in a terrible situation. For many years, he had not led a normal life: Saul was looking for him throughout the country to kill him. This wicked king once served God, but now serves Satan and himself - so much evil had he done, he even killed almost all the priests because they helped David. And it became clear that he would not give up this intention. After David crept up on Saul while he was sleeping and cut off the edge of his cloak, but did not kill him, Saul admitted that David was right, but continued to persecute him. Of course, this misfortune did not last forever. It ended when Saul died. Then there were other persecutions for David - this time from his son Absalom and his supporters, but they also ended.

Both were very difficult for David, and in the first case he was not to blame for what was happening.

It was truly unbearable: imagine what it was like to run away all the time, not have a home, move from one cave to another, when it is so difficult to get food and drink, and sometimes even leave your own country and end up in a foreign one. We can say that this is exactly the case when you need faith and prayer most of all. There are people who have been in such conditions, for some this is a predicted future for those who keep all the commandments, including Saturday, the seventh day of the week.

What is needed most in such a situation? First of all, a connection with God!

Atheists believe that believers are weak, that not believing in God and overcoming difficulties means being a hero. This is not true, moreover, it is madness, as it is written in other psalms. In a difficult situation, a connection with God, Who created the world, is normal and natural!

But it is not that simple. In such a situation, danger is all around you. As was said, these are problems with life itself and with safety, as well as with home, with health, with food and drink. But you have to overcome everything, no matter what. This will not be your victory, it will be God's victory. You have made your small part of this victory, and He has made His great one, something that does not depend on you. But this is only when you are on God's side, because you keep His commandments.

One more thing - in this psalm, David asks God three times to hurry, to act quickly, to help now, immediately. But this is not always the case. God helps when He considers it best and in the way He considers it best! Of course, when we are in such a difficult situation, we all want this help and deliverance from torment to be as soon as possible, but even though it happens, it will not always be so, we need a lot of patience for God to give us this, and a lot of prayer for this and for God's will to be fulfilled. Then everything will be fine if we serve Him and need victory over our enemies. If we preach the Word it will be like this: help will come, the enemies will flee and be disgraced, and we will rejoice!

Psalm 47 

   Everything that God created is very beautiful, perfect, despite the fact that there are traces of sin everywhere. Everything is created very intelligently, our world did not come into existence by accident from the big bang and evolution. Only a madman can say that there is no God. God is kind and full of love, everything He created, including us, He created for joy. The message of the first angel from the book of Revelation is a call not only to worship the Creator of the world, but also to come into close relationship with Him, for our benefit. He is not only the Creator, but also our Savior. It is indeed a great joy to be in relationship with Him and to worship Him in a special way on the Sabbath day, and even when it is hard for us, to overcome all this with Him is a great joy.

   We live in a world where there is a lot of grief, people have a lot of problems, now there is also a war, many people have left their homes because it is dangerous to live and stay in their cities, many people's houses have been destroyed. But the fact that the Lord holds everything in His hands is good news for everyone. It is He who tells His angels when to hold the winds (i.e. wars) and when to let go. Even if there is a war, and in such conditions, He knows how to make people strong and calm, and He uses this time for their repentance and salvation.

   God loves His people and does a lot for them. God is always the same, He does not change with time. How many blessings the people of Israel could have had if they had obeyed and done what God says! How many blessings - a lot is said about this both in the Bible and in Ellen White. But, even though they did not listen and did not fulfill, how many blessings were still there and how much each believer will receive!

   We have the right to the inheritance of Jacob, today it is about us, the church of the end times, this is both a responsibility, but also a great joy.

   We can say that this psalm is also about God, Who holds everything in His hands now, and Who will also regain power over the entire universe, in which everyone will serve Him. And today He needs such people who not only listen to Him, but whose life is really the life of faith, and not something external and unreal. True faith is faith with works.

   We live in a modern world where many people laugh at religion. In our country, during the communist era, it was said that there would be no religions in the future. The opposite happened: there is religion and faith in Jesus Christ, but there are no communist countries, there are only a few of them left and they are all very poor.

   God loves us very much and only wants the best for us. To worship Him - to read the Bible, to pray, to sing - He knows that this is a great joy and benefit. Live according to His commandments too.

   He really holds everything and will keep it in His hands. And the day will come when there will be no sins, there will be no tears and pain, there will be no death, there will be only joy and happiness without end.

   Blessed is he who reads the word of God !
