The ten commandments are called the Law of God, and "commanded testament" :

- because commanded by God

- because it contains a promise for meek and punishment for disobedient

- because he was the reason all the other covenants between God and His people

All violating commanded Law subject to damnation, which is written in the Law of Moses (Deut 27.28, Jer 14.3-5, Gal 3.12-14, Dan 9.11).

God's plan for salvation lay people after the flood, is called :

 -  "A Covenant of life and peace, because through it the man comes to terms with the God and escapes (Mal 2.5-6 ; Rom 5.1-2,10).

-  "My testament", because through it the Lord takes away the sins of the man (Rom11.27, Heb 10.16-17).

Although this promise has its origins from the fall of man, yet he is rightly referred to as the New Testament, because it was approved by the blood of Christ for many years after the first (old) Testament was fixed to the blood  (Ex 24.7-8,  Jer 31.31-34,  Heb 9.15-20).

Covenant of peace, or the New Testament, concluded :

-  Faith in "the seed of the woman", or in Christ  (Gen 3.15, 17.7-10;  Gal 3.16;  John 3.16)

-  The Law, written in the hearts of all the Covenant  (Jer 31.33-34, 2 Cor 3.3)

-  The promise of the land of Canaan (Gen 12.1-2, 15.18-21;  Ex 6.4-8;  Josh 21.43-45)

-  The PROMISE OF A NEW LAND (Rom 4.13, 2 Pet 3.13)

God made a Covenant with Israel at Horeb  - the Covenant that He didn’t made with his fathers : "The Lord our God has set us a testament to Horeb; not with our fathers put Lord Covenant, but with us here today, alive" (Deut 5.2-3).

The conditions were as follows :

- Israel must be listen the voice of God: to obey the Law, that said by His voice (Ex 19.5, Deut 4.12-13, Ex 20.1-17).

- He had to maintain a Covenant - Covenant of peace, which is the sin of the human century (Ex 19.5, Rom 11.27).

God has promised that Israel will be a Kingdom of priests and a Holy nation (Ex 19.6).  Israel promised to respect it  (Ex 19.7-8).

After God gave the Ten commandments and statutes, that bequeathed in  Exodus 20.18-26  and chapters  21-22-23, they were given to Moses, who said them out loud, and Israel again promised to perform them  (Ex 24.3).

All but the Ten Commandments (in stone), was recorded in a book and is read through to Israel, and when the latter agreed to all this, the Covenant was signed and affixed with blood (Ex 24.4-8, Heb 9.18-20).

Most of Israel entered into this Covenant as non-turned, because of this he has become a burden and yoke, and they soon had violated it, have given way to idolatry  (Gal 4.24, Jer 31.31-34, Ex 32.1-8).

Therefore God promised a New Testament (Covenant) with Israel (Jer 31.31-34).

God gave the promise of the New Testament, because the Old Testament has been violated.

He was on the best terms :

1.  Treatment  - < sin is forgiven and forgotten >  (Jer 31.32 , Heb 8.10 , Acts 3.19)

2.  Writing the Law in the heart

ALL HAVE RECEIVED THE REMISSION OF SIN WILL KNOW THE LORD. THEY ARE HIS SUBJECTS, AND HE WILL BE THEIR KING.

Christ and the Apostles taught the principles of the New Testament  (Dan 9.27, Heb 2.3).

Formally, this Covenant was signed when the Lord's Supper  (Matt 26.26-28 , Mark 14.22-24) , and confirmed the death of Christ on the cross, so that IT CANNOT BE ABOLISHED (Heb 9.15-17, Gal 3.15).

It follows that YOU CANNOT CHANGE ANYTHING of what CHRIST TAUGHT UNTIL HIS DEATH (Galatians 3.15).

The teachings of the New Testament include :

LAW and SATURDAY, the reference,  baptism,  ablution of foots and Lord's Supper,  as well as the tithe (Matt 5.17-19 , Mark 2.27-28 , Matt 26.19-20 , John 13.1-17 , Matt 23.23).

Observance of Sunday  (the first day of the week)  is NOT the TEACHINGS of the NEW TESTAMENT, as commissioned after the death of Christ and contrary to his teachings  (Hebrews 9.15-17, Galatians 3.15).

Only addressed and comply with the Law will be saved (Revelation 14.12, Jeremiah 31.31-34).
